Great unit but came damaged

This thing is a beast. Upgraded to this from a smaller tri fuel generator to power my entire home on natural gas. It runs everything I need it to with no issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needed generator to run house and didn’t want to get whole home one. Debated for a long time but finally went with Westinghouse WGen10500TFc. Met all my demands and more. Good machine and worth the money

Solid product, ready for the next hurricane!

Was able to power up everything in the house (2 fridges, 1 freezer), including a 3.5 ton AC (92 LRA) with a soft start kit (dropped LRA to ~20), on natural gas with ~7 inches WC (water column) from the gas meter pressure regulator.
Add loads slowly (largest first) per the user manual and you should be good to go!

Bought this on 7/24/24 and got here with in a week from HD. Overall no complains at all. Ready for the next storm in Tx. Yall know how that goes here… 5 out of 5!

Bought this after back to back outages in my area. Assembly and start up operation were easy with instructions. Works great straight out of the box. Not as loud as expected compared to other generators. Will recommend to others for sure.
