Excellent Generator

I bought this after Hurricane Helene decimated the SC/NC. I wanted the 11500 kw but they sold out. This genny is nice, well built, comes with hoses for propane and natural gas. It is heavy, very heavy. The electric start/remote start is so nice, beats pulling a rope. It even comes with a trickle charger for the onboard battery. I would highly recommend this generator. It purrs like a cat, follow the instructions and use Stabil in the gas (non ethanol gas). It took five minutes to assemble, four bolts, two pins, put in oil and gas, that's it. Turned over twice and fired right up. Waiting on son in law to install transfer switch and we are good to go.

I purchased this generator in the event we have another power outage caused by tornadoes or snow storms in North Alabama. I purchased it because it is true- fuel capable which will give me multiple options to run given I run out of gas or propane. I also love the auto start and numerous outlets so I can plug in almost anything. I highly recommend this unit!

I am please with the quality of this generator, although it is quite heavy and bulky. Overall I think it will be just what I need as a backup home power source.

I bought this generator right before Hurricane Helene hit. We were out of power for two weeks and thanks to this generator we didn't have to worry one bit. It ran without any hiccups and kept everything that we needed on. I would definitely say this is a great purchase.

Whole house comfort with all that’s needed

We purchased this due to all the outages lately. We were looking at a whole house standby generator. After research, we decided on this portable whole house generator and I’m so glad we chose this type. We had the electrical wired and gas hooked up and it’s also nice having 3 options -propane , natural gas and gas.And it was much more reasonable!
