This generator checked all of the boxes. Good THD, natural gas capability, and more than enough power to keep our house operating like normal during a power outage.

Running great so far

I bought this a month ago after Beryl hit our hometown hard. Shipping took 22 days but I received it and set it up this weekend. The instructions are simple to follow and the start up process was easy. I haven't had a chance to run it after an outage, but I will update my review if I have any future issues. In Texas you never know when you will need it.

Solid tri-fuel generator. Ran flawlessly for +40 hrs after beryl on natural gas. Easy to start once gas line is bled.

Awesome generator, gets the job done

This kept us with power for up to a week when we lost power, ran ac ,pretty much the whole house,tri fuel is excellent gas ,propane and natural gas,thanks westinghouse!

NO problem purchase and start up

Backordered unit shipped ahead of schedule and was received on the promised delivery date. I followed instructions in the User Manual to easily install wheels, feet and oil. Connected battery and natural gas, paired the remote, pushed the start button and it actually started and runs like advertised. My test of this WGen11500TFc, running on natural gas, powered my whole house including a 4 ton central a/c system with no problems noted. The 10" wheels and handle make it possible for my 79 year old body to move the unit as needed. My wife and I now feel we are ready for the next time our electric company fails to deliver the power we need to comfortably survive during recovery from storm damages to the power grid.
