Bought Westinghouse Tri-fuel, remote wireless start, portable generator last week and looking forward to using it. Installing the wheels and support struts was very straight forward.

Worked great out of the box, no problems

I bought this generator to serve as a whole-home generator for my house in Houston in case of extended power outages from hurricanes. I was able to run my 3.5 ton AC (with soft start), refrigerator, freezer and all the lights/plugs without the generator batting an eye. I didn't try running my electric oven, washer or dryer but I'm sure I could do that as well, just maybe not at the same time as the AC. Overall, very impressed with the product and instructions, had no problems firing it up on natural gas and started up perfectly. Great product, great peace of mind!
Side note, this thing is a beast to move around though.

A generator is one of those things you buy and hope to never need to use. Well, we needed to use it shortly after purchase (Curses to you, Hurricane Beryl!). Because we didn't have enough time to install a soft start to our AC and a switch to our natural gas, we ended up running on gasoline and powered up our fridge, some lights, and a portable A/C unit. This got us through a few days in the TX heat when we would have otherwise lost everything in the fridge and needed to pay for a hotel room. The generator just about paid for itself after one storm! Now that we have some time, we'll get the appropriate hook ups to power our whole 2200 sq/ft house at a fraction of the cost of a Generac (we had some engineers run the calcs to determine how big of a generator we need to run whole house). We like that it can be used via gasoline, natural gas, or propane - it's good to have options when disaster strikes. A++++ So happy we made this purchase. Don't wait until you need it or when Hurricane Season is in full swing - it may be sold out or delayed and then you're in for a sweaty slumber.

Nice Tri-Fuel

There aren't a lot of portable generators that accept natural gas but this is one and it is one of the most economical Tri-Fuel generators available. I use this with natural gas as a backup generator for the house. With natural gas it will run indefinitely, and I don't have to worry with the potentially dangerous necessity of refilling a potentially hot generator with gasoline. I also appreciate that this has a trickle charger built in for the starting battery (a known problem for some of the Generac generators).

Hasn't been used much but the setup and initial break in use went flawlessly. I purchased this gen as backup power source for our home in Texas. No storms since yet, but I have connected to interlock and nat gas source and it works great.
