Gen 11500tfc generator

Received generator complete, no package issue's. I was able to install all components and get generator running. It did run the whole house. I would suggest to cut back to 1 a/c to run pool pump, garbage disposal or dryer, do to surge, since it's already at 80 percent, capacity on natural gas.
The only issue I have is the Gen will not start cold on natural gas. I started it on propane, then after it warmed up. Then switch to natural gas and it started.
I will call the tech support number to see if there is anything I can do.

Very nice generator

We are thrilled to have this workhorse of a generator. The unit came packaged well. I was concerned because the pallet was broken. There was no damage to the unit. Not even a scratch or dent. It was in perfect condition.
We love the tri-fuel aspect. We live in a hurricane area and we are tired of power outages. We we were without power for a week from the last hurricane. We have made arrangements to have it connected to our natural gas system so we will always have fuel.
We believe this to be a great unit!

Easy setup and worked well - have run on natural gas and regular gas so far without any issue. Connected to house and powered everything as expected.

This generator is great, runs on gas, propane or natural gas. No more trips to the gas station for gas as I use the natural gas function.

This is just what I was looking for.
3 fuels and enough power to run my house. Living on the Gulf Coast, it is a great investment during hurricane season.
