Natural gas problems

It is brand new and it will not run on natural gas without.your people said it needed a different spark plug.so what type does it need. I have a service guy that is coming to replace .put we need to know what size and brand we need.

Great features with push button start.

Just went through 10 days of power outage with a smaller generator. Now I can power all of my household appliances and central in the next winter wave with this 18000 watt generator.

So far so good, item started up after adding oil and connecting propane. Taking off one star because box was pretty banged up. Also the 50amp outlet looked like it might have a burn in it, and am wondering if this unit was used and returned?

Impressed with the quality

We brought this generator home and unpacked it. I have to say we were very impressed with the quality. I attached a propane tank to it to test everything and started with no issues. Includes the key fob to remote start along with the hose to attach the propane tank and even a funnel to fill it with oil. I got out my amp meter to see if i was Indeed pulling the amperage as advertised on the outlets and we were. Very easy to move around the garage with the large wheels. I haven't had to put it in use with a power outage yet but I think we're going to do all right with this unit.

Haven’t fully used it yet but set up was easy and started right up no problem. Remote start is nice, but using the pull start only took one pull to start. Very nice unit.
