Kept the whole house warm during very difficult and cold conditions. Had some difficulty starting up, but now use included battery charger.

Great generator!

I purchased this due to threat of winter weather for a backup to our home. Connected it straight to our breaker box and it worked perfectly! I bought this particular unit because of the low THD and the overall power output.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Am in the break in cycle now but so far so good. Had bought one of there inverter generators about 6 months ago which has been great but unfortunately it does not like running well or decent size pumps. Not the gens fault it's just the nature of the beast with inverter generators and those types of motors. Bought this one due to the fact I really liked the first one and it advertises the low THD. Only time will tell. Also don't even count on ever receiving the free covers they offer, 6 months and still waiting for my first one. Which is why 3 stars and not more.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just ordered this generator and got it out of the box and setup in less than an hour. Hooked up to a propane tank with the included hose - started right up! Plan on connecting to natural gas and my circuit box in the next few days. A lot of houses in my area lost power recently, but I won't have to worry about that anymore!

Bought this about 3 weeks ago, As far as I am concerned it has already paid for it self. My daughter lives in the country with a Type 1 son, and this generator saved the day when they were out of power for 2 days. The remote made it easy for her to start without having to spend a lot time getting it ready.
