Starts Up Every Time

Very excited about our new WGen11500TFc Generator. Bought it after the ice storm hit Nashville, so we'll be prepared for the next outage. We followed the directions on getting it started and it worked the first time. Very excited to know my family won't have to abandon our home for a week ever again.

Good Generator

Seems to be a good generator. I have only run it on propane to break it in. Changed oil after 2 hours and again after 5 hours. It ran 3 space heaters off and on during break in and then at the end of 5 hours it ran all 3 space heaters and the air conditioner on my RV. Happy with my choice. Putting away now to wait for next power outage. It is loud & heavy, but, given the size, I knew to expect that. Did not give it 5 stars because of deceptive advertising. The "What's Included" photo clearly shows quick connects on both the LPG hose and the generator fuel inlet and that is what I expected. I submitted a question about it and the reply was that 'quick connect' is not included. I don't like being cheated by big business, but this is the generator I had decided on and will keep it. I'll add quick connects at my own expense. I tried to include photos showing the quick connects but the 'add images' feature seems to be disabled here.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just picked this Generator up an it is impressive, the build quality looks amazing, bought this for a whole home back up, I still need to fill with the included oil and follow the service instructions but everything looks great I did my research and this checked all the right boxes !!!! Great product!!!

Great Product, Easy Start-Up, Peace of Mind.

I purchased this generator (WGen11500TFc) a few weeks ago to provide a full house backup in the event of a power failure. I plan on running it exclusively from my existing 200 gallon propane tank. The manual and startup instructions are well written and easy to follow. The startup procedure worked well and using propane and the auto-start feature, it "popped" on the second attempt, and started up on the 3rd attempt. I like not having to use the pull start feature, but having it there in the event of a dead battery is a plus. I placed the generator near my power feed panel, and today an electrician installed and tested the transfer switch they sold me, with no problems. So far I am well pleased with the unit and no longer concerned about a power failure. I would certainly purchase a Westinghouse unit again.
