IJUST BOUGHT THIS GENERATOR IT WAS SUPER EASY TO ASSEMBLY PUT OIL THAT WAS PROVIDED FILLED UO WITH GAS RUNS AND WORKS GREAT VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE

Exactly What I Needed

This is a well-built tri-fuel generator that plugs directly into the transfer box for my circuit breaker. I especially appreciate the detailed documentation, parts lists, and support resources. This is what separates a solid company from those fly-by-night places. Yet the price is still comparable. Very happy with this so far.

We purchased our Generator in October 2024, but didn't have a power outage until Dec 18 2024. 12 hours! It worked perfectly and we're so pleased. Thank you.

I bought this as an upgrade to my Wgen9500c, which is also a great generator. I wanted something with a better THD. According to the Westinghouse website, the THD for the 11500 watt unit is </= 5%. I didn't have equipment to verify the percentage, but when my AC unit and well pump start the generator doesn't surge like the 9500 watt unit. It also powers lights, refrigerators and other 120V items as well as stove, cooktop, water heaters and microwave with selective usage.
I have only had this a short time, but my last Westinghouse unit was great. I feel confident that this unit will be great as well.
