Put together and it fired right up! 1 star deduction for no available "model specific" directions for the high altitude install, but was able to figure it out. Now waiting for the power to go out!

Power plant on wheels! Westinghouse to the rescue

The Generator come nearly assembled on a wooden pallet. All of the packaging was appropriate and well organized. I was able to complete the installation of the wheels and supports by myself. The includes tools were well made and I used them without trouble. I have piece of mind knowing that I am prepared in the event of an outage, which happens too often where I live. I like the product and would recommend it to my friends.

There was no waiting during the purchase process. We haven't tried the generator, but it is in the top three for reviews, which is why I made the purchase.
