WANT START ON PROPANE OR NATUARL GAS

I BOUGHT THIS ABOUT A WEEK AGO AND HAVING TROUBLE GETTING THE NATUARL GAS AND PROPANE TO START. RUNS FIND ON REGULAR GAS. NEED HELP!!!!!!

Good test run but not great

Bought this last month and was finally able to test it two days ago. Runs great once you get it started but will not start using the pull cord and is hit or miss with the start button. Will be contacting the service department to see what’s up.

I purchased the WGen10500 TFc because the historic Northern Michigan Ice Storm knocked out power for over 2 weeks. I needed a reliable Generator to safeguard our home and allow me to use my CPAP machine and other sensitive electronics. This Generator did the job and is easy to operate.

Easy hook up for Natural Gas, 3 options for starting, easy to move. Great directions/operating instructions. Easily runs my 2.5 ton A/C and fridge during outage.
