I just received this generator about a week ago. Easy to follow instructions, tons of video online to help setting up the generator. I just ran for a 10 mins, tested and put it back but feel confident it is a solid item.

Bought this generator for its specifications. Arrived earlier than expected and all kind of accessories to start using the same day. Very easy to use and reliable. Love the tri fuel option, can be used under any circumstances.

I recently bought this generator and it has been wonderful. We lost power due to severe storms and it kept me and my children with power through the whole storm. Would recommend this generator to everyone. It was easy to use and the push button feature is amazing.

I just updated my generator after seeing my parents Westinghouse generator. Compared to my previous generator, this one seems to be able to power all the necessary equipment/appliances that we would need in the event of a power outage.

Just got done setting up the 11500 tri fuel.
Easy set up out of the box.
Hooked up a propane bottle and immediately started.
Have not had to use it yet,
