WELL-BUILT AND EASY TO OPERATE

I live on the gulf coast of Florida and having a generator is a must. My previous generator used gasoline but with Milton, even the gas stations were out of service. With this generator, using natural gas, we never lose a beat.

I purchased this generator recently with the intent of using it primarily with natural gas. I was unable to use the supplied natural gas hose due to an improper size fitting. Instead of a 1/2 inch fitting it appears to be a 3/8 inch fitting. Contact was made with Westinghouse via phone and with follow up email as per their email request. I am awaiting resolution. Preferably a new gas hose will be supplied since the original one from the factory was not the correct hose. This is a simple solution and I am anticipating it will go well. I am anticipating many years of useful service from this generator based on satisfaction from other customers. I have recommended this unit to a friend, based upon reviews.
