I bought this six weeks ago. the product arrived on time and in good condition. The instructions were clear and the set up is as described. It works well under test but I have not yet used it in emergency.

Hoping to get the NG startup issue fixed

My brother has the same generator and it has worked great for him. My brand new generator will not start with NG as the fuel source. Trying to get support for that issue.

TRI FUEL OPTIONS !!! JUST RECIEVED THIS GENERATOR

JUST RECIEVED THIS GENERATOR , HAVENT USED IT YET BUT LOOKS TO BE A QUALITY GENERATOR THE WAY THE PANAL IS LAID OUT AND THE DIFFERENT STARTING AND RUNNING OPTIONS. HATE TO SAY IT LOOKING FORWARD TO A GOOD STORM TO TRY THIS GENERATOR OUT.

Easy to use.

Lost power twice in 3 days. Said enough is enough and bought this generator after researching what I needed for my small home. It went together easy enough and started up smoothly first time. Purchased with it a 30 ft 50 amp cord to hook it into my home. Now just need my contractor to install the plug for it.

Bought this model Generator due to TriFuel capability and features. Havn't used as yet, but will be using Natural Gas for operation.
