I bought this a week ago and in the process of setting up the unit for natural gas connection. Looking forward to seeing how the product runs on natural gas ahead of hurricane season.

3 Fuel Portable Generator

I purchased this generator after reading many positive reviews. I originally purchased the dual fuel model (Gas/Propane), but when i recieved it, there was a tag on the box that said "Free Upgrade" and when I opened it up, it was the tri fuel model (Gas/Propane/Natural Gas). After assembling the generator, it started right up on a 20LB Propane tank. The remote start key fob is a real plus. Great price, great features. I should now be ready for Hurricane season.

New Gen Set

Hurricane season coming soon here in Central Florida. Hope to use this with a 50amp switch I just had installed by an electrician. Was easy to assemble and started right on que. Looking forward to not being in the dark and having the refrigerator and water well up and running during the next for certain storm. Also, can't beat the price point vs a whole house gen set that can run upwards of 20K.

Well made and great user manual

I bought this for adequate starting amps to power my home AC and refrigerator. It replaced a smaller other-brand generator. The differences in this one versus the other one were:
* All minor parts were much better quality
* User manual was easy to understand and well written (obviously natively in English)
* High power rating in a small footprint.
No complaints. This is a well-made machine.

I was looking for a new generator since my last one failed after 20 hours of use. (Not a Westinghouse product). I wanted something I could trust to run my entire house through a switch panel. This generator fit the bill. I live on the Southern East coast, and we have an extensive Hurricane season. Gas can be a problem to store and acquire, but I have several 20lb LPG bottles and access to natural gas.
Out of the box it is perfect. Smart switch capable, 50, 30, and 120 plus USB support. Put the wheels and mounts on, connected the battery, filled the oil, paired the remote start hooked up propane and added some gas. She fired right up. 240 volts, 61.9 htz. Not a skip or strange noise. This machine can switch from all three sources while running, and transfer from propane to gas and back went flawlessly. A little surging switching to gas, but that is to be expected until the air gets purged through the line.
All in all, I am extremely pleased with the craftsmanship. It’s fairly beefy, but rolls especially nicely. I also ordered a generator tent from Westinghouse. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with this generator! Fantastic reviews and the ability to run off of multiple fuel and the possibility to run many different items ie. welder, whole house. I'm very happy with this product
