Read this if your running natural gas!

This generator does NOT come with a 3/4 inch quick connect adaptor for the natural gas as show in the pictures. It comes with a 3/8 inch male flared adaptor for the natural gas inlet. If you hook the natural gas up with a 3/8 inch hose, it will NOT run because the pressure drop in too great. You have to purchase a 3/4 inch hose to keep enough pressure moving to the end of the hose, then series of downsizing adaptors to fit their 3/8 inch adaptor at natural gas inlet. There are ways to get this to run on natural gas but you are going to have some hoops to jump threw. It would be much easier if this generator was so they way it appears in the photos, with a 3/4 or 1/2 inch quick connect.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use.

Just received my wgen11500 .I was really impressed with the quality of the generator truly a heavy duty unit. Took me about 1 hr to unpack and assemble. took it next to plug it in his 50 amp receptacle to try it out ,we were able to run his whole house including the ac. truly a beast of a generator!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

From 5500 to 11500

Difficult to move at first, however once the wheels are on... easy, peasy. I've run this now on both propane and natural gas. What a difference! No more running to the station to fill up the multiple fuel cans. No more worrying about gasoline going bad. No more transferring fuel from cans to cars at the end of the season. Hooray!
Running the generator for a short time each month will be so much easier with the propane connection. Then, during a power outage, natural gas will be constant (fingers crossed).
I love the start and stop button. No more pulling the cord.
I upgraded from a 5500 gasoline only to this beautiful 11500. I've connected the unit to the transfer switch and tested the complete setup process. It could not be any easier. We can now run the essential lights/receptacles around the house. We will have internet, TV and radio. I can even run the 3.5 ton AC (w/soft start) unit without issue. We are ready for the next power outage.
