Received in excellent packaging, less than 30 minutes to install wheels, stabilizers and engine oil. Started right away. Excellent value.

Arrived perfect, went through procedures cranked right up. Hooked to my camper with minimal load for a few hours no issues. This replaced an 18 year old 7000w generator.

Perfect Generator for my whole home. I did have to add a Soft start switch to my AC unit,
But now every thing runs as it should.

Easy to setup and then Loud rattle under Load.

Got a loud rattle coming from the generator. Not the engine. Something towards the pull cord area etc. It comes on with a load. Runs perfect without a load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
