I only bought it a few weeks ago. Haven't had the chance to use it yet. I'm still in the process of setting it up. Looking forward to getting good service from it.

From first use started out without problems and so far I used it once to power my home thru the 50Amp inlet with no issues, great packaging, clear instructions!

My new 11500TFc generator arrived in great condition. I have not had an occasion to use it yet but intend to use for home backup if/when needed. It looks easy to operate & was a good value.

Excellent Generator to back up my home power

This generator has more than enough power for my 3,000 SQFT home. It has been a great help to me the couple of times the power went out. It is easy to connect to the my home and three fuel options makes it easier to manage. Maintenance seems fairly straight forward and easy as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
