I bought this for my elderly parents who lose power all the time when storms happen. They are able to hook this up easy and start using the remote or start button. Access to everything is easy reach for them...maintenance, hook up, oil location and putting gas in it. Will eventually hook up to home propane tank.

As a Florida resident who experiences power outages every hurricane season, this generator powers my entire home including my HVAC and pool with ease and I absolutely love the remote on/off feature!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great deal for great product!

I just finished setting this generator up to run on natural gas. Setup could not have been easier. Tested for 1 hour running my whole house less heat pump. Worked great!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I recieved my generator and made sure my ground setup was correct per the manufacturer and my electrician. The generator came as advertised and had easy set up. I still need to complete the break in run but am very happy thus far.
