Just got the Westinghouse WGen11500TFc set up and tested, and so far I’m impressed. The tri-fuel option gives great peace of mind, and the engine runs smoothly with lower noise than I expected for this size. Build quality feels solid, and the low THD spec makes me comfortable plugging in electronics. The unit is heavy, so prepare yourself even with the wheel assembly. Also, remember to add oil before first start. We haven’t had to rely on it in an outage yet, but based on testing, I feel confident it will deliver.

Hurricane season is coming

I bought this in preparation for hurricane season. I started it up test run no problem. I’m using LNG haven’t tried with propane or gasoline yet. Connections starting running all pretty straightforward still remain to be seeing how old deal with pressure but so far so good.
