This is my second Westinghouse generator and I specifically bought this one ( WGen11500TFc) because of my great experience with my previous WGen9500DF. I only changed to this one because I’ve moved to a new house and decided to run the new generator on natural gas.
The features on the generator are excellent. The controls are clear and easy to understand. Although I intend primarily to use the 30 amp outlet (because I will be using it to recharge my whole-house battery backup in an extended outage), I appreciate the flexibility given by the 50 amp outlet, the four 20 amp outlets and the USB ports. As with my previous WGen9500DF, this generator came well-packaged with (almost) everything I needed to get it going. It was nice to have the oil, the propane tank regulator, the battery and the battery charger all included. The only thing missing was a flexible natural gas hose. People buying a tri-fuel generator will most often be buying it for the natural gas option, so that would have made sense to include.
For such a heavy item, it was remarkably easy to assemble and setup. As always, it started right up and ran smoothly. I’ve just started on my break-in period, so I haven’t stressed it yet, but I’m confident it will run as well and as reliably as my previous one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far everything has been a wonderful experience. Please make sure you purchase the 50A plug as this does not come with one (we didn't pay attention and didn't get the cord).
