I just received delivery on the Wgen11500tfc yesterday. and the packing was extemporary. The documentation is spot on, making setup hassle free. First startup and break in period was smooth. This is a great product. I am not looking forward for the next Hurricane. but when it comes I'll be ready!

I bought this in May 2025. We cracked it up to test the unit, and it worked fine. We live in FL, We hope we never have to use it due to a hurricane, but we are prepared now.

Tri fuel, Powerful

We purchased this in August since we live in Fl and want to be prepared for hurricane season. Thankfully, no hurricane so far, but we did test the generator out and it was super easy with the push button and remote feature. Great instructions supplied. Currently having an electrical box installed outside. I will review again when hooked up to the house.

Purchased this generator to replace a smaller unit that is 20 years old. Generator came with easy to understand, detailed instructions. Very simple to operate and runs smooth and steady.

Prepared for Power Outages

I bought this generator after reading several great reviews of this product. So far it has been as advertised. We often have power outages that last for days during hurricane season. Every year we experience a loss of electrical service and have to find shelter with relatives that own generators. This year we're prepared! Setup was easy and this tri-fuel model allows us to use various fuel sources which is convenient when gas is in short supply and high demand.

I bought this about 6 months ago, and just now set it up in preparation for winter... I didn't even have to read the instructions as it was so easy to set up and run.
I would definitely buy another one as I am very satisfied with this purchase..!
