The perfect choice!

I’ve spent over a year researching generators due to where I live and how frequently we deal with storms and power outages. Reliability and ease of use were non-negotiables for me, especially since I’d need to be able to set it up and operate it completely on my own.
I chose the WGen11500 and to my surprise, I was upgraded to the WGen11500TFC which was an incredible bonus! Right out of the box, it was extremely simple to put together. The wheel kit and handle were easy to attach, and despite the unit being large, once assembled, I was able to roll it through my backyard up a slope entirely by myself. I was honestly worried I’d need to build a ramp to get it into the small generator shed I put together, but nope! I was able to push, pull, and maneuver it exactly where I needed with no problem.
One of my absolute favorite features is the remote start. I love the idea that during a storm or emergency, I can have everything prepped and simply hit a button from inside my house to switch the power over. That kind of comfort and control means everything when you’re dealing with outages and trying to keep your home running safely.
So far, I’m beyond impressed. It’s powerful, thoughtfully designed, and manageable even for someone handling it solo. Highly recommend!

Bought the generator for power outages as we lost power for several days last winter and want to be prepared this winter before it happens again. I originally bought the dual fuel model but pleasantly discovered I had been chosen for an upgrade to the tri fuel. This generator appears to be well built and it was very easy to do the limited assembly and get it ready to run. It comes with the remote start fob, hose to hook up to propane, oil, funnel, battery charger and some tools. Will fire it up tomorrow to get the break-in started. Haven't needed to use it for the whole house yet but I am sure it will power everything we need with ease, when the wind knocks out our power again. Can't wait to test it out.

So Far, So Good

After plenty of research, I finally selected this product. Once. I remembered to open the fuel line, the generator started right up. It was beautiful sound. I had a soft start installed on my AC and I had the AC running as well as my whole house during a test cycle (2,600 SQ Feet). I don't think the AC, electric stove and water heater will work at the same time. But that is ok. power outages are short term. So far, I am pleased with my purchase. BTW, the generator arrived a week ahead of schedule! Over deliver and under promise.

Big Power, Many Options

We didn't have a generator after Helene devastated our town and had to borrow one from a friend. It took 11 days to restore power to our neighborhood. We didn't want to get caught without emergency power again. With this tri-fuel, model, we have options depending on the fuel that's available to us in an unexpected power outage.
