Good, a little loud, not much support

Overall good, runs a whole house, including 4 ton ac. Sets off my UPS's so need to figure that out. Support is lousy, bad documentation on THD, spare parts is a total disaster, no knowledge from support people, IT IS TERRIBLE. THEY COULD NOT KNOW LESS. I would be super leery about warranty.

I bought mine because of all the power outages we are experiencing now a days works perfectly on propane hooked to my 500 gallon bulk tank.runs my whole house my 220v ac and my 220 volt water well very satisfied would higly recommend it to anyone living in the country.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Failed me in first major outage

My review is based on my experience with this product. I purchased this specific model after much research and review. Item arrived well packed. I followed the break in period to the letter. Once a month, I run it for 30 minutes with some load. I use mostly gasoline so I added fuel stabilizer as per manual. So the figured the total runtime on the unit is 6 hours POST break in period and oil change.
First REAL usage was a few days and it failed me miserably. I am so disappointed in this unit.
We had a power outage so I pulled the unit out, started it, let it warm up for 10 minutes, connected 50amp cord, and flipped my transfer switched. Home power was on, I was happy, kids are occupied. 10 minutes later unit died! Started again, ran for 5 minutes and shut off. I pulled the 50amp cord, ran the unit by itself, died again. I am disappointed as the unit is brand new and I followed all the recommended steps. I had to leave my home for hours and return after power was returned. This unit was meant to make my life simpler.
