Exactly what we wanted

We recently upgraded from a smaller, gasoline-only generator. We had the opportunity to put this one to the test during an outage today. We hooked up a propane tank and easily provided backup power for our house.

Just recieved,doing initial break in on engine. Easy to put together, good instruction manual, remote start and push button start worked perfectly. Oil drain and oil filter are are easy to get to

Easy to set up and operate

I live in an area with lots of trees. At least once a year we lose power and I'm thrilled to have a product that is so easy to use when there is an emergency.

I just received the 11500TFc and it is a beast of a generator. You can't appreciate the size and build quality until you have one. Everything was included as advertised, remote, large wheels, etc. I even received a free upgrade from bi-fuel to tri-fuel. Although I'm not looking forward to another prolonged power outage, thank you Helene, we are much more prepared than we were.
