I purchased a Dual Fuel 11500DFc but was shipped a Tri-fuel TFc unit instead. I can't use the natural gas switching feature. I hope it is never a fail point. Unit started right up, fob connected no problem. Breaking in on gasoline, tested on propane - all works fine. Building an enclosure for it now, intake/exhaust venting etc.. I hope it lasts as long as it looks good.

Haven't ran it yet, but after exhaustive research, including reviews on multiple sites, this generator came out on top. There is some debate on whether the 5% distortion is accurate under a heavy load, but even if not it should still be lower than most other generators that produce 20-25%.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this a month ago in preparation for the next hurricane season. Plan to use it to power the entire house. Delivery was smooth. Setup and startup were easy and quick. I used the propane function.

I purchased this back in January 2025, but hadn’t needed to use it yet. I started it today just to check it again, started with one push from the remote. I feel this was a great investment and is ready to go if I lose power going into the cold months.
