I am hoping I will never need this. I feel this is going to be great for us. We don't lose power too often but will be nice to know this can handle our essentials. Everything was well packaged and easy to understand.

Rugged and appears durable

Only had a few days but impressed with the build quality and easy to get up and going. The thing is a beast. It’s a bit loud but having nearly 10KW with natural gas for this price point is pretty impressive.
My only reservation for not giving five stars is lack of a built in power meter or ammeter. There is a “data center k display that has frequency, voltage and run hours but it lacks ability to see total power load. That’s important to know so you don’t overload. Sure there are breakers to protect overload but the duty cycle of the generator is 9 hours at 50% load. How are you supposed to measure load if they don’t give you a meter to do so?
