After extensive research I bought this product while on sale. Unpacking and assembly is super easy, and it started right up with no issues. I have not put a full load on it yet, but not expecting any issues if the initial quality is any indication of long-term performance.

we received this unit almost a year ago, it has brought us through some lengthy power outages ! Starting is easy ! And we have been running on gas with no problems - has run for 11 hours before low on gas….

EASE OF USE---QUITER THAN I EXPECTED. RUNS 90% OF MY POWER REQUIREMENTS. CONVIENENT 9.5 GALLON FUEL TANK..

I purchased mine after my son bought his and was able to power his whole house and it worked great. I was lucky in that I was able to personally witness what this product was capable of doing which left me no doubt "I wanted this generator!". Easy to operate and move into location where you need it. Great purchase!!

I’ve had the generator for only a week. Haven’t installed it to our breaker box yet but have tried it out. So far, it’s a lot easier to use than our previous one. The handle alone makes this one worthwhile because it’s heavy!
