Jus got this Westinghouse - WGen11500TFc and put oil in connected propane and it fired right up, Use my fluke and took volt readings and they were good, Nice quality generator so far....

I received the generator unpacked it programed the key fob hooked up the propan gas started right up no issuse lm happy with it

Arrived when promised with all required items included on list received. Assembly and operation easy. Limited use but so far I am well pleased with product. Very happy with the low rate of total harmonic distiontion claims of mfg.

Amazingly Plug-and-Play & Whole House Capable

My generator was delivered on 5/1/24. I had a natural gas (NG) hookup line installed on 5/11/24 and then an interlock and 50amp inlet to my electrical panel installed on 5/14/24. Filling the oil after receiving the shipment was very easy. Westinghouse provided answers to me in advance on using the generator in high altitude (Denver), specifically that I didn't need the high altitude kit if running on NG, but also provided instructions on floating the neutral since I was connecting with the 50amp connection. I don't have the words to express my excitement. When it roared up on Saturday for the first time on NG jumping up and down, and then when it started and ran my whole house yesterday, I was over the moon. This thing is a champ.
When I say that it ran the whole house, I did refrain from flipping the breakers for the electric dryer and AC. But considering that my furnace, stove and water heater all run on NG, I have a feeling I could get those going too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

the tri fuel option. I bought this last month in anticipation of power outages in Western NY. Had no difficulty in set up but it does have some trouble starting. The automatic clutch seems to shut down and the engine sounds like it is flooded.
I would recommend this to a friend!
