Would not keep running using propane

I tried starting the generator using propane. Would not keep running. Started on gas successfully. Have not tried natural gas at this time.
Factory is sending me replacement parts for me to install.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Recently purchased for storms/power outages in SE Texas. Product was well packaged; Features that attracted me to the product: Triple fuel with the ability to quickly change; remote start and its portability. Started under propane immediately and tested very well. Machine appears to be durable.
