Shipping was delayed twice. However it ended up being shipped on the first delayed date so that was good. It doesn't idle smoothly but otherwise a good deal for the money. Like the remote start.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The good: price, large fuel tank, remote start, relatively quiet, started and runs fine so far (only have one hour of use at this point). The bad: no hour meter, free cover is currently unavailable, digital display for fuel remaining is in liters not gallons, no easy way to drain engine oil. The ugly: plastic engine case has gaps and uneven seams, looks like it was thrown together in a hurry.

Not what we expected

It was easy to setup and get started. Not nearly as quiet as expected, has a massive amount of vibration. We ran it in the driveway for awhile my husband said it doesn't sound like it is idling down properly. We don't have any camping trips planned till August this was bought for our new 34 ft travel trailer. We plan to do some remote camping with it just hope it runs our a/c and isn't too noisy. Also really disappointed that we couldn't get the cover for it as a bonus gift for leaving a review website said they were having an issue with supplier and only had the 15 ft power strip available......really would have liked the cover!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love everything about it except that it will not run. they are sold out again so no replacement but hoping to take it to a service center to have it fixed

Great generator

Powerful, very quiet and very fuel efficient. My only complaint would be that it should come with an extension tube for the oil fill/drain. Trying to use the funnel like it says in the manual to drain oil is a nightmare.
