Great first impression

I recently purchased the iGen 4500 for home use because we tend to lose power several time a year. Today, I started it for the first time - and it was as smooth a silk. The engineering on the machine is quite consumer friendly, especially the telescoping handle -genius ! I did have one question about the initially start-up so I called customer service. My question was answered quickly and with knowledge. Now this is my first impression of the I Gen. I am confident that it will prove true and reliable when I really need it.

I bought this a few months ago, finally got around to it last night and it was real easy to get it going. Pluged in a few applyenses and it worked great. I have a food truck so Im looking forward to hitting the road with this Igen.

Will Use For Hurricane Power Outages. Starts right up. Only used it for testing so far. I like it although there is No 220 output. I should have noticed this. Seems odd that the Unit requires no load when starting and when turning off. Makes the remote kind of useless.
