Have had this gen since 06-15-18 have taken it on several camping trips with my fifth wheel and absolutely no issues at all. Purchased a cargo carrier and matching bag to protect the gen while on the road and LOVE IT! Also would recommend a gen tent for protection in inclement weather. Have had it to Yellow Stone and my mountain property in Montana (where the wind can be quite high) and no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend to follow the break in directions, used the oil provided for initial break in then I use full synthetic. My RV dealer was very impressed took many pictures and couldn't believe the sound level (or the lack of) he now has one on display. Couldn't be happier!

Working perfectly

Everything arrived fine. Filled up and hit the remote start button and it started 1st time! Pulls 11A well pump while my 10A heat pump, some lights, a 3.5A dehumidifier are already running. Performing exactly as I would hope. Note that this unit is quieter than my Champion Power 3100W gen at every load from 0 to 100%. This report is with about 95 hours so far in an RV setting.

Quiet, Powerful and Easy to Start. One issue though

Only had one month. Have not used it other than for familiarization of unit ( Starting, Letting it run, Applying electrical loads to it etc.). Right out of the box the LED gas gauge was not working properly. It read half full when completely full and empty when below actual half full. As of now Westinghouse it taking care of issue. It happens. Starts quickly and is as quiet as a Honda.

I'm excited to use this generator for the first time. It started right up after I put the oil in it. The manual was very easy to understand and it seems to come with all of the tools I will need for ongoing maintenance.

iGen2500 Review date 2018-11-6 Ownership = less than 1 month Use:Emergency power , Camping , Road Trips, Yard tools - 18 cu ft refrigerator, router, modem, 55" LED TV, LED Lamps/lights, 1000 Watt Microwave, coffee grinder, Cell Phone charger, Laptop Charger, misc.small Amp/Watt use devices Power consumption average 160 Watts without TV - 240 Watts with TV active Power consumption average 1300 Watts with all + TV, Microwave Generator Essentially idles with aforementioned items active unless Microwave added, then , generator increase to 59% capacity during Microwave activity Fuel consumption : marginal at my levels , approximately 16+ hours continuous use 1 gallon Dependability / Reliability : Less than 1 month ownership Easy to start ( elevation of use = 4500 feet above sea level ; haven't experienced winter yet ) Easy to store ( bottom shelf in garage ) Easy maintenance Decibels : RPM 25% or less - low at 10-25+ feet RPM 50% or greater - increased at 10-25 feet
