Bought this generator for my camper. Followed the before you start instructions and it started right up. The unit is very quiet and I'm excited to go camping

This generator is amazing, its quite, easy to move, and easy to start up. The only problem I had with it was that it ran fantastic for about 19 hours and then without warning or reason it just shut-off and now I cannot get it started. I have tried several things but have been unsuccessful thus far. I am waiting on a technian to get back in touch with me to help diagnois the problem. Hopefully it is something simple and nothing to complicated. Even with this problem I would still buy this product again.

The noise by the generator is as low as a car running in idle.
