Quiet and easy to set up

I purchased this inverter generator in winter, due to occasional power outages. Never used it or even set it up. Summer storms now creating uncertain conditions, so today I removed it from the box, and garage to get it ready to use. The setup was easy, the directions clear and (perhaps overly) comprehensive regarding safety and disclaimers. However, once I connected the battery, added oil and fuel, it started easily, both the automatic start button and remote control. This generator is good looking and I am impressed by how quiet it is (the reason to buy inverter type). So far, so good. Looking like a summer storm, so if I need to use it soon, I will update my rating, if appropriate.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this for my wife to use for her horse trailer where I do no go with her, thus am not there to pull start a normal generator. She Loves the remote control start/stop button.
Been having some recent trouble with the generator, but have found the service technician to be amazingly helpful in solving my problem. They want happy customers.

Almost Perfect

This generator is amazing, its quite, easy to move, and easy to start up. The only problem I had with it was that it ran fantastic for about 19 hours and then without warning or reason it just shut-off and now I cannot get it started. I have tried several things but have been unsuccessful thus far. I am waiting on a technian to get back in touch with me to help diagnois the problem. Hopefully it is something simple and nothing to complicated. Even with this problem I would still buy this product again.
