We received delivery of our generator today. We watched videos prior to purchase and yes...we read the manual too. The generator started up after two attempts oon the electric start. After that it started with just one push. We carried on a conversation standing next to the generator without having to raise our voices. Decibels was a main consideration in purchasing this generator. We plan to use to power our 5th wheel camper. We have one A/C unit. My wife and I are able to lift it as well. That was another consideration over other heavier models. Nice panel display.

Older Generator quit working while Camping with my RV , ordered IGen4500 arrived within 3 Days. Unpacked, very easy to get through the initial setup to get it running. Started up at first try. Love the Pull Bar which i didn't even know about so much easier to pull the generator. Remote start is a HUGE + ... Enough power to go around and quiet ... GREAT Design with easy access panels.

Bought this generator for the wildfire control power outages here in N. Cal. Unit works as advertised and I am very pleased with the generator. Very quiet and long running and the remote start is handy. Have run it a total of about 50 hours and it handled all the loads fine.
