Easy to setup. Easy to use and maneuver! More expensive than a traditional generator but definitely worth it. I love the remote start.

Got to use the generator this weekend total PGE shutdown Fri.eve,Sat, Sun to Monday,( if we are lucky if winds die down here in Northern Calif.)

High Quality and excellent features

The packaging was excellent and the product undamaged. The product assembly was very good. The generator started right up after prep. and every feature worked correctly. The generator was quieter than I expected. The generator seem quieter that the two Honda EU2000is when used in parallel that I own. I am tired of the set-up, manual start (which required my to exit the RV every time the generator was needed), small fuel tank on the Honda and with no fuel gauge on the Honda I never really new how much fuel was remaining. The iGen4500 features included: Electric start, remote start, long run time, fuel gauge and additional power were important in my decision.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just got it!

I opened it up and it looks great!! Fired it up and it is so quiet I can have a normal conversation standing next to it. Used a circular saw and the bolts didn’t move nor fit it really get any louder.
I then took a few steps away and couldn’t even hear it. Went inside and it was silent inside. Awesome generator so far! I was looking for quiet for camping and I didn’t go wrong. This thing is quieter that a Honda at 4x the cost of this.
I would recommend this to a friend!
