I received this generator via UPS about 5 days ago . Package was completely intact. The exact amount of oil is included, as well as a small battery charger and spark plug wrench. After plugging in the battery and filling the oil, the generator started up with just one touch of the start button! I then rolled it over to my travel trailer, with the handy telescoping handle. The iGen4500 has a built in RV ready plug, so I plugged it in, started the generator, then went inside RV and turned on my 15000 BTU AC on high, and ran it for three hours . It worked beautifully! So far so good, I would recommend this unit for all your rv needs .

This is a well built inverter generator.

Put oil and fuel in and hooked up the battery and it started right up. Very quiet even under load. Using this on for a travel trailer.

Think I got a lemon

I purchased this about 2 weeks ago. Three of my friends have the same model Generator, and have no issues. Me however, I have only used it twice and it won't run under a load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this generator on the many reviews I read on it. I normally don't write reviews but in this case I had to because this is a quality product for an RV or backup power. I highly recommend this generator if you can find one!
