I have had less than a month but so far it is good. I tested it will a steady 3kw load from heaters and no problem. Engine ran nice and smooth. It is nice a quiet and only get slightly louder with load. Sorry, I have not been around another brand to compare it to. I will primarily use it on my camper. It started my 12k btu window unit (not in efficiency mode),and also ran the microwave, and battery charger with ease, combined load of only 2.2kw. For me the led readout, and the tanks size are the stand out features of this product. The display will tell you tons of info, and the tank size is big enough you can run all night and not have to rush out 1st thing in the morning to refuel. It runs nice and smooth, refueling while running is easy but not recommended by manufacturer (safety I assume). I also like the suitcase style handle and wheels. I think I could prop the handle on the truck tailgate and then pick up the other end of the generator and actually load this in the truck by myself.
I just got this a couple days ago and couldn’t be happier. Easy to follow set up instructions and it started right up. It was able to run my AC, microwave, hot water heater all the lights and tv. I could hardly hear it running, in fact I had to step outside even hear it. And to top it off the auto start is amazing. I would recommend this generator to anyone.
So far it’s amazing. The light weight and extremely quiet operation is so great. I’m taking off one star because the economy mode is completely useless and I had really hoped to make use of that feature.
Just bought this to replace my construction-grade generator of 8 years. Very quiet - ideal for home backup generator use. Construction and design are very good. Will leave a followup review after extended use.
What a great Generator. Purchased this for backup power to the panel in our home to run essential items, like refrigerators and some lights, TV, and small appliances.Utilized a Transfer Switch and It works great and runs so quiet you almost forget you are on backup power.
