Arrived in very good shape. Connected battery, filled oil, gassed it up and it fired on second try. Still breaking it in but so far runs well and is pretty quiet.

OverAll an Excellent Generator ... But ....

When I unboxed and setup the Gen it wouldn't start. I researched and found that it was a common problem with this Gen. One of the cables was NOT plugged in. Westinghouse needs to do better QUALITY CONTROL. They have an Excellent Product but the People Assembling it are lacking.

Fantastic Genset

I purchased this generator as a back up power for home and for RV use. It is better than expected. It's quiet and runs everything I need. For the price you could not do better

Factory assembly gorillas overtightened screw and cracked engine service panel. Packaging was pristine, so it didn't happen in shipping. Haven't done anything but start it. Starts easy, runs quiet. Only reviewing now for free cover.
