Perfect for what I needed

Box came damaged but inside unit was unharmed. Got this unit as a backup in case of power outage. Started right up out of box. Only had it for a few days but so far I'm happy with purchase.

Ease of Start, quiet, cold weather starting

Bought unit in october 2020. Initial setup was straight forward and generator performed as described. I have maintained it as required, started to keep battery charged etc... Went out today, and it appears as though battery is dead, and I had to choke it to get it to start manually. Started on second pull. Charging battery overnight to see what happens. One would think the battery would last longer than 6 months.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Westinghouse iGen4500 is Perfect

I love my Westinghouse iGen4500. I am so glad that I have one considering the number of storms we had so far; it is a lifesaver. I like that it has 4500W to support half of my house and it is quiet compared to other generators in my neighborhood.

Bought October 2020. I have used it only 5 times so far and it has run great and starts easy. Good on gas, like the remote start. Suppose to get down to 10 degrees in Houston Tx. this week and they are talking about rolling blackouts being possible. If it happens I know the IGEN4500 will be ready for the task.
