Motor started but choke stayed closed

I bought 2 of these generators and one started great and worked fine and the other started but the choke stayed closed. I had to remove the side cover to get at the choke and manually open it. I learned how to do this in a tech service bulletin. I don’t know if the same thing will happen again later. This seems to be an issue in a lot of reviews that I’ve read. One out of two is a really bad initial first impression quality rating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was on the fence first and was unable to decide if I should buy two small or one large generator to power my RV. I was weighing between weight, portability, and power. This model i4500 from westinghouse solves all my purposes. I am able to lift this myself on my pickup truck, and it can take care of all the power needs. And the best part is the remote start. I don't have to get out to start or stop it. I love this!

Slight diappointment

Great little machine, quiet, easy start, nice design. However, it doesn't have the power to engage my switch switch box on my RV. I'm getting power to all the plugs and ran a drill to test. I can hook my RV to my other generator and it switches on with no problem, and this generator is only rated at 3700 watts. So I am not sure what the problem is. I will be calling to address.
