Bought this online and it arrived yesterday. Charged the battery, oiled the crankcase, filled the tank and it fired right up. Bought the magnetic dipstick and am looking forward to using it and the peace of mind it brings when the grid goes down.

Bigger than expected but works amazingly!

I bought this for my RV. A little bigger and heavier than I wanted but it gets the job done well. Love havoing the remote start so I can start warm in the RV and start the genni.

Just bought this generator and broke it in. Generator wouldn't start and had to manually choke the engine. The electronic choke didn't work. I downloaded the service bulletin regarding this issue and found a disconnected wire. The wire was connected and the generator starts up as designed. I broke-in the generator without and with a load changing the oil between each cycle. Glad I did. The oil was dirty after the first few break-in cycles.
This generator is used for a 5th wheel trailer. Appears to work great for what I use it for. This unit replaced two older Honda 2000s.

Very quiet generator

We received our generator, and went through the setup process. I was surprised at how easy it was to start the generator using the manual pull start, the electronic start and the remote start. No regrets on this purchase. Super quiet. I was standing right next to the generator having a conversation with a friend who is hard of hearing with no problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great portable generator

I researched generators after going through a winter storm and losing power for 13 days. The iGen4500 had great reviews and is the perfect size for running refrigerator, freezer, propane heater, coffee pot, TV and a few lights next time we have a power outage. The generator started right up after I added oil and gas. Runs very quiet.
