Automatic choke

When up around 7500 feet the automatic choke puts out toon much fuel and the unit will not start. I have to remove cover and manually adjust the choke to get it to start. The manual adjustment means the remote start does not work. I am hoping tech support has a solution which retains the remote start function.

Quiet ECO mode

I purchased the generator online and it arrived today. I had some trouble with getting it running correctly but it finally started idling smoothly. I added the full container of oil it came with just like it said, put about a gallon of fuel in it and started it up. Initially it smoked pretty bad and ran rough. I turned it off and back on a few times and let it run for about 30 minutes. My guess is that it had a small amount of gas left in it for awhile from when it was tested at the manufacturer and it was just a small amount bad gas in the system. Hopefully it continues to run smoothly.

Love the features!

We purchased this a month ago for our new camper and love how easy it is to start and how quiet it is! Love that we can use this in our home as well if we were to lose electricity! Lots of power for a compact machine!

EASY SETUP & SUPER QUIET

Super easy to set up, no long break-in period. Very quiet, too. The collapsible handle and large wheels make it easy to move. And it includes accessories like a spark plug wrench and custom funnel for oil fills. Very well thought out.

Love the remote start

I bought this a few weeks ago, and am very impressed with how quiet it is, as well as the ease of moving due to the telescopic handle (like on a suitcase).
