Quiet generator with remote start/stop

I've recently bought it, so can't say much about any problem might face during normal use. After connecting the battery (it came disconnected), adding oil, gasoline, I attempted to run it using the manual start without charging the battery but it did not start. After charging the battery for about 30 min, it ran with a push with very low noise level. It came with a remote start/stop which is a very convenient feature. So far so good.
I waffeled back and forth between several different brands and models, eventually choosing the Igen 4500, I made the right choice, this this is QUIET, after the break in period, i changed the oil, and hooked it up to my travel trailer, I can't really hear it from inside the trailer, at about 12' away, except momentarily when the 15000btu ac kicked on, then rpm's dropped back down. I had watched countless youtube video's comparing the different models, and decibel levels, and it's difficult to judge sound through a video, but now after purchasing, I'm quite pleased, and it comes with a battery, which some of the others don't.
Very good out of the box. Much quieter than my ipower 2000 watt inverter gen. Be careful not to overfill with oil, I made a mess......other than that great gen.
Received the product fast and it arrived fast without any damage to the box. Once i unboxed the generator the only thing I noticed was the casing where the molds are created, one piece had a few small imperfections. Aside from that everything was great.after adding oil, fuel, and connecting the plug for the battery it fired right up. I ran it for about 30 minutes without a load for break-in and will run it for about an hour tomorrow before placing any load on it. It is super quiet at idle and while running. Would recommend this product to anyone that requires this much power.
