I bought the iGen4500 less than a month ago and very satisfied with the easy setup and the remote start.Quietest Generator i ever heard. Haven't had to use yet, but I'm just waiting on power to go off.Im confident i want be in the dark again...

It lives up to the spec. The process of changing the oil could need some improvement. Bigger access door would help.

We bought this after looking at reports and reviews on a site. Bought this one mainly because it had the highest power rating and the lowest noise rating (52dba). While it is pretty quite, 52 dba is not as quite as I thought, but still, we could not hear it running from inside the house or on the other side of the house. We only plan to run this in a power outage, so I doubt anyone would complain during that time. I tested a bunch of stuff running at the same time: Refrigerator, sander, shop vac, and some lights. No problems with this load. The eco mode is nice. makes it run a little more quietly. We intend to use this to charge a couple of big batteries during a power outage. Those will be swapped back and forth for inside use. That way, we only need to run the generator long enough to charge a battery.

WOW! QUIET AND POWERFUL!

Came with everything I needed to get up and running. Charged battery and key fob for remote start. Started right up. It is so incredibly quiet, it gets louder under load but not much. Had it under 50% load in my RV with AC going and I could still have a conversation next to it. It’s very sturdy and nothing on it looks of feels cheap. I’ve been a Naval mechanical engineer for 20 years and I know junk when I see it. This thing is sure to provide power and reliability for years to come.
