I bought this primarily for use in RV for boondocking, but am also using it for home emergency use. It has worked flawlessly so far. I have a small platform lift to lift it into my pick up truck - no problem at all.
Bought this a few weeks ago. Used it to power our trailer/Car Haulers at the track. Runs the AC in the living quarters and most of the power needed for working on the car. Will purchase a second unit so can parallel them together.
Excellent inverter for the price. Runs smooth and quiet for it’s size. Recommend this inverter for RVing and emergency power. The only negative is the common problem with the choke wire coming disconnected during delivery - Westinghouse has very smart guys that should correct this all too common issue. Had to YouTube to find the cause and simple fix (reattach the wire).
I bought this generator for our 30A service travel trailer. I wanted something quiet when we are boondocking. It is very quiet, especially when using the eco mode. It idles at a quiet purr. I really like the remote start which makes it very convenient to start/stop while still in the camper. I get approximately 15 hours of runtime with AC and other appliances running on and off.
PROS:
Quiet (Even at peak output) Watt Output Weight Digital Display Features Remote Start/Push Button Start/Pull Start Very fuel efficient (approximately 5 gallons of gas per weekend of camping)
CONS: Oil fill location Oil drain plug location Air filter location
I bought this a week ago as a replacement generator. Love that it has an inverter and is really quiet. I will look forward to using it in the years ahead.
Love this generator so far.Love the ease of startup and estimate of fuel consumption .Remote feature is nice.I am older and cannot pull start equipment anymore.I use during blackouts and camping in a full size camper and power's everything no problems.
Took about 20mins to set up, charged the battery for another 20mins and it started right up. Unit had no damage and all the controls work as they should. I ran it for about 2hrs with varing light loads with no issues. Have a camping trip planned next weekend where I will put it to the test.
