It would not crank when I took it out of the box. After an hour of trying to get it to work I searched YouTube about problems with this generator and found some things to try. After a couple of hours I finally found the problem.

Equal to or better than the 'name brand' generators and at a better price. Lots of great features and easy to use. Battery fell out when I first opened the battery compartment, but it was fairly easy to re-install.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice and quiet. Easy to set up. Battery was loose, but that was an easy fix. Battery was charged. Oil fill and drain could be easier. A little heavy but it is a 4500.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Seems quiet. A little on the heavy side but it is a 4500. Oil fill and drain could be better. Fairly smooth on eco, a little sputtering but not bad.

Super Quiet & Extremely Efficient Generator! Worked perfectly for our off grid camping trip with our RV! Extremely satisfied with our new iGen4500! A must have for the outdoors!

Worked great after fixing automatic choke.....

Had to fix the automatic choke but ran great after fix. While taking the cover off the FOB broke on the left side of the control panel. Locating the automatic choke cable was relatively easy to find and fix.
