Purchased this because of living along the coast in SC. Had several power outages each of the last 3 years due to storms. Figured I would protect myself next time. Generator came within 4 days. Easy set up. Filled with supplied oil. Fueled up and connected the battery. Turned on the battery switch and fuel knob. Used the start button on the unit and it fired right up once it got gas. Shut off and started with the remote. Again it fired right up. This thing is very quiet with no load. I’m sure once there is a load it will be a little louder but can’t be much. Very pleased so far. Will be ready for the next power outage.

I bought this a few days ago. This was the maiden voyage run for 5 hrs at less than 50% . Nice and quiet ran smooth.

I ordered this generator for a food truck business I’m starting - not only does it supply the perfect amount of power, it is SO QUIET! Definitely will refer this brand to everyone I know!

Excellent purchase

We bought it after hurricane Beryl. After receiving it, we went through the initial start up. It was easy to set up and started right away. Hooked it up to our refrigerator, worked fine. Was quiet, had no issues.

Bought this to go with our RV when we dry camp to run a/c, microwave etc and runs everything all at once. Really like the remote start and all the features.
