We are happy with how quiet this generator is and it runs our camp trailer like a champ.

The acknowledgment of my order was near immediate. The generator was shipped the next day and stated it would arrive on Thursday, 6 days from across the country. It arrived as stated! The package was not very damaged at all and the generator was not damaged a bit. Took it out of the box, a bit heavy, read the instructions, filled with oil (bottle contained exact amount), put a bit of gas in it and within a few start attempts it started. Perfect! Let it run for 5 minutes to warm up and attached a 12 amp shop vac and it performed exactly as expected. I really like the digital read outs. Can't wait to go camping with it!

I bought this unit after having my 3500 red generator for 2 years because of the extra power and run time. the outside of the generator could use some improvement but for the price you cant beat it. runs great and quiet.
